You define your document categories
The kinds of document you produce. For valuers: apartment, house, land and the rest. For a notary: the sale contract, the estate settlement, the power of attorney. You name them and you own them.
Professions
If your work means pulling the same data out of the same documents and into the same template, dozens of times a month, the platform handles the repetitive part. The document categories and the Word templates stay yours.
Below: how to set your profession up in three steps, then how it looks for property valuers, for notaries and for a profession you name yourself.
Getting started §1
01
The kinds of document you produce. For valuers: apartment, house, land and the rest. For a notary: the sale contract, the estate settlement, the power of attorney. You name them and you own them.
02
The files you already use, with your header, your tables and your formatting. You mark the fields to be filled in, straight from the app.
03
Which kind of document each value comes from, and what that value looks like. After that you upload a case file, check the proposals against their sources and export the document.
Examples §2
The work is the same from one profession to the next; what changes is the field names and the file that comes out at the end.
Valuation reports · Romania
The report categories are already set up, your source documents are read end to end, the inspection record arrives with photos and a map, and your Excel calculations land in the report.
Notarial documents · an example on your own template
The same kind of work, a different document at the end: your own contract or power of attorney template, the values that exist in the documents shown with their source, the rest filled in by you.
Your categories, your templates
You do not wait for your profession to appear on a list. You name your profession and your first category as you sign up, then upload your templates.
Valuers §3
The report categories are already set up. You upload your source documents, check what was filled in and export the report.
→
Apartment, house, land, commercial space, machinery or paintings. The Word template is yours: you upload it once, then use it on every case file.
→
Land registry extract, sale contract, floor plan, planning certificate — scanned or photographed. Any value taken from them comes with its page and its quote; if two documents contradict each other, you see both and you decide.
→
You work out comparables and adjustments as you do today, in your own file, then link the results to their places in the report instead of retyping them. The formulas are yours, and so is the check.
→
The record you fill in on site, the photos and the map go into the report in their proper places — no pasting into Word afterwards.
→
When you finalise it, the Word and PDF files are saved as a fixed version. The file you send stays with you, in your own format.
Notaries §4
An example of a notarial case file on the platform: your own contract template and the documents already in your file.
Example · sale contract
The land registry extract, the seller’s title deed, the parties’ identity documents, the tax certificate. The same names, the same numbers and the same address repeat several times inside one document — exactly the work the platform already does for valuers.
How you work
You upload your Word template for the contract or the power of attorney and mark the fields to fill in. Values that exist in the documents appear with their source; the rest you write yourself or bring over from your own calculations. The document comes out in Word and PDF.
The platform prepares the document. The legal content, the clauses and the responsibility stay with the notary.
Your profession §5
If you produce documents from a fixed template, starting from other documents, the platform was built for your case.
You mark the fields to fill in straight from the app, in your own template, without rebuilding the file. The final content is checked by you, because you are the one signing it.
Property valuers have their categories already set up. For any other profession, you name your profession and your first category as you sign up.
